The Why: A Pattern I Couldn’t Ignore

Hi, I’m Orzala Quddusi founder of Made It Happen Collective and an entrepreneur since 2012.

My first business an award winning social media agency, Make It Happen Services, focused on helping entrepreneurs grow their business through social media marketing.
Over the years, I had the opportunity to work closely with so many women building incredible businesses—the kind who pour their hearts into everything they do. But behind the scenes, they were drowning.

-
Many had no clear goals for their business.
-
They lacked consistent accountability
-
Anxiety from constantly comparing themselves to competitors
-
Budgets so tight they couldn’t afford the multiple coaches they actually needed — sales, branding, mindset, you name it
And celebration? That didn’t even make their to-do list.

Even in my own entrepreneurial journey—despite having coaches and accountability partners—I realized I was struggling to pause and celebrate. I was constantly moving forward but never fully recognizing how far I’d come and this led me to feel like a failure in a thriving business.

And while I was watching that happen in business…

I was also watching my community — scrolling past post after post in local moms’ groups from women in abusive relationships. Women right here, right now, in our neighbourhoods, just trying to survive.
It hit me hard.....

I didn’t want to sit on the sidelines anymore.
So I created the Made it Happen Collective.

A collective where heart-led women entrepreneurs come together not just to grow their business —but to make an impact.

This isn’t just another coaching program or business group.
